Villa Desde,

It is one of our rental villa options with a wonderful sea and Kalkan view, located at the top of the Kalkan Kördere region. Rental Desde is in the category of villas with sea view, villas with jacuzzis, honeymoon villas and conservative villas. Our villa is a 2 bedroom rental villa with a unique sea view and private pool. Everything in the villa has been designed with the smallest detail in mind. Our villa, which has an accommodation capacity of up to 4 people, has a magnificent view of the sea and exquisite nature that can be seen from its rooms and living room. It is one of the rental holiday villas where you can spend unforgettable times with your family, group of friends or for honeymoon holidays.

The distance of our villa to the sea, which only offers you the opportunity to spend a holiday in a villa with a private pool, is approximately 4.5 km.

Note: The minimum rental in our villa is 4 nights in low season. An extra 400 TL cleaning fee is required for stays under 7 nights.

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
