Villa Alternatif
It is a rental holiday villa suitable for large family and friend groups located in Kalkan Kızıltaş region. Our villa, located against the sea view, consists of 4 bedrooms; It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. There is also a jacuzzi in our villa. The distance of our villa to the sea, which only offers you the opportunity to spend a holiday in a villa with a private pool, is approximately 1 km.
Note:The minimum rental in our villa is 5 nights. An extra 600 TL cleaning fee is required for stays under 7 nights.
Damage Deposit:
A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
