Villa Elis,
It is a holiday villa for rent in the Kalkan Ordu region, located against the unique sea view. Rental Villa Mocha is a 3-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 6 people, which is in the category of sea view villas, conservative villas, villas with jacuzzis, villas with sauna and villas with hammam. Our villa, which has an endless sea view, is located in nature and is within a 10-minute drive to Kalkan center and the sea. It is quite ideal for our families with children; There is a playground where children can have fun.

The distance to the sea is 10 km from our villa, which offers you the opportunity to vacation only in a villa with a private pool.

Note: The minimum rental in our villa is 5 nights. An extra 600 TL cleaning fee is required for stays under 7 nights.

Damage Deposit:
A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. The staff cleans once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff who take care of our villa. It is done subject to a fee. This fee varies according to the villa.

Location:
Kalkan and its surrounding villages consist of settlement units located on mountain slopes in terms of their geographical structure. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. (This note is not only about this villa. It is written in the information of all villas.)

Note:Spraying is done regularly in all our villas located in nature. Despite this, in the surrounding area; Unfortunately, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, and pest-like animals. We recommend that you bring a protective body spray with you so that you do not experience any grievances. (This note is not only about this villa. It is written in the information of all villas that have a location in nature.)

Note: We cannot guarantee that you will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.
